Activities 3.1/3.2: Awareness and capacity building
In order to enhance the quality of the IPPC applications and the capacity to fulfil the requirements derived from connected Directives, visibility events, workshops and trainings will be organized. Different stakeholders will have an opportunity to become more familiar with the BREF documents, best available techniques, plan of measures, monitoring plan and other documents. The Manuals will be available at the seminars, at the closing conference, as well as on the website of the project. Furthermore, specific training sessions will be held for the selected IPPC operators, permit writers and inspectors. The experts will contribute in the preparation and delivery of practical cases, role play and on-site training techniques that will be adopted in order to maximize the effectiveness of the sessions.
